ل-ا

لَاۤ
lā
Nay!
ق-س-م
![]()
أُقۡسِمُ
اُقْسِمُ
uq'simu
I swear
ي-و-م
![]()
بِيَوۡمِ
بِیَوْمِ
biyawmi
by (the) Day
ق-و-م
![]()
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
الْقِیٰمَةِ
l-qiyāmati
(of) the Resurrection.
75:2
ل-ا

وَلَآ
وَلَاۤ
walā
And nay!
ق-س-م
![]()
أُقۡسِمُ
اُقْسِمُ
uq'simu
I swear
ن-ف-س
![]()
بِٱلنَّفۡسِ
بِالنَّفْسِ
bin-nafsi
by the soul
ل-و-م
![]()
ٱللَّوَّامَةِ
اللَّوَّامَةِ
l-lawāmati
self-accusing.
75:3
ح-س-ب

أَيَحۡسَبُ
اَیَحْسَبُ
ayaḥsabu
Does think
ا-ن-س
![]()
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ
الْاِنْسَانُ
l-insānu
[the] man
ل-ن
![]()
أَلَّن
اَلَّنْ
allan
that not
ج-م-ع
![]()
نَّجۡمَعَ
نَّجْمَعَ
najmaʿa
We will assemble
ع-ظ-م
![]()
عِظَامَهُۥ
عِظَامَهٗ
ʿiẓāmahu
his bones?
75:4
ب-ل-ي
![]()
بَلَىٰ
بَلٰى
balā
Nay!
ق-د-ر
![]()
قَٰدِرِينَ
قٰدِرِیْنَ
qādirīna
(We are) Able
ع-ل-ي
![]()
عَلَىٰٓ
عَلٰۤی
ʿalā
on
ا-ن
![]()
أَن
اَنْ
an
that
س-و-ي
![]()
نُّسَوِّيَ
نُّسَوِّیَ
nusawwiya
We can restore
ب-ن-ن
![]()
بَنَانَهُۥ
بَنَانَهٗ
banānahu
his fingertips.
75:5
ب-ل
![]()
بَلۡ
بَلْ
bal
Nay!
ر-و-د
![]()
يُرِيدُ
یُرِیْدُ
yurīdu
Desires
ا-ن-س
![]()
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ
الْاِنْسَانُ
l-insānu
[the] man
ف-ج-ر
![]()
لِيَفۡجُرَ
لِیَفْجُرَ
liyafjura
to give (the) lie
ا-م-م
![]()
أَمَامَهُۥ
اَمَامَهٗ
amāmahu
(to) what is before him.
75:6
س-ا-ل

يَسۡـَٔلُ
یَسْـَٔلُ
yasalu
He asks,
ا-ي-ن
![]()
أَيَّانَ
اَیَّانَ
ayyāna
"When
ي-و-م
![]()
يَوۡمُ
یَوْمُ
yawmu
(is the) Day
ق-و-م
![]()
ٱلۡقِيَٰمَةِ
الْقِیٰمَةِ
l-qiyāmati
(of) the Resurrection?"
75:7
ا-ذ-ا
![]()
فَإِذَا
فَاِذَا
fa-idhā
So when
ب-ر-ق
![]()
بَرِقَ
بَرِقَ
bariqa
is dazzled
ب-ص-ر
![]()
ٱلۡبَصَرُ
الْبَصَرُ
l-baṣaru
the vision,
75:8
خ-س-ف
![]()
وَخَسَفَ
وَخَسَفَ
wakhasafa
And becomes dark
ق-م-ر
![]()
ٱلۡقَمَرُ
الْقَمَرُ
l-qamaru
the moon,
75:9
ج-م-ع
![]()
وَجُمِعَ
وَجُمِعَ
wajumiʿa
And are joined
ش-م-س
![]()
ٱلشَّمۡسُ
الشَّمْسُ
sh-shamsu
the sun
ق-م-ر
![]()
وَٱلۡقَمَرُ
وَالْقَمَرُ
wal-qamaru
and the moon,
75:10
ق-و-ل
![]()
يَقُولُ
یَقُوْلُ
yaqūlu
Will say
ا-ن-س
![]()
ٱلۡإِنسَٰنُ
الْاِنْسَانُ
l-insānu
[the] man
ي-و-م
![]()
يَوۡمَئِذٍ
یَوْمَىِٕذٍ
yawma-idhin
that Day,
ا-ي-ن
![]()
أَيۡنَ
اَیْنَ
ayna
"Where
ف-ر-ر
![]()
ٱلۡمَفَرُّ
الْمَفَرُّ
l-mafaru
(is) the escape?"
