ا-ن-ن

اِنَّا
innā
Indeed,
ف-ت-ح
![]()
فَتَحۡنَا
فَتَحْنَا
fataḥnā
We have given victory,
ل
![]()
لَكَ
لَكَ
laka
to you
ف-ت-ح
![]()
فَتۡحٗا
فَتْحًا
fatḥan
a victory
ب-ي-ن
![]()
مُّبِينٗا
مُّبِیْنًا
mubīnan
clear.
We have granted you a clear victory,

لِّیَغْفِرَ
liyaghfira
That may forgive

for you
ا-ل-ه

l-lahu
Allah
م-ا

مَا
مَا
mā
what
ق-د-م

تَقَدَّمَ
تَقَدَّمَ
taqaddama
preceded
م-ن
![]()
مِن
مِنْ
min
of
ذ-ن-ب
![]()
ذَنۢبِكَ
ذَنْۢبِكَ
dhanbika
your sins
م-ا
![]()
وَمَا
وَمَا
wamā
and what
ا-خ-ر
![]()
تَأَخَّرَ
تَاَخَّرَ
ta-akhara
will follow
ت-م-م
![]()
وَيُتِمَّ
وَیُتِمَّ
wayutimma
and complete
ن-ع-م
![]()
نِعۡمَتَهُۥ
نِعْمَتَهٗ
niʿ'matahu
His favor
ع-ل-ي

عَلَيۡكَ
عَلَیْكَ
ʿalayka
upon you
ه-د-ي
![]()
وَيَهۡدِيَكَ
وَیَهْدِیَكَ
wayahdiyaka
and guide you
ص-ر-ط
![]()
صِرَٰطٗا
صِرَاطًا
ṣirāṭan
(to) a Path
ق-و-م
![]()
مُّسۡتَقِيمٗا
مُّسْتَقِیْمًا
mus'taqīman
Straight,
that God may forgive you for your previous and later fault, and to complete divine favor on you, and to guide you on a straight path,

وَيَنصُرَكَ
وَّیَنْصُرَكَ
wayanṣuraka
And Allah may help you
ا-ل-ه

ٱللَّهُ
اللّٰهُ
l-lahu
And Allah may help you
ن-ص-ر
![]()
نَصۡرًا
نَصْرًا
naṣran
(with) a help
ع-ز-ز
![]()
عَزِيزًا
عَزِیْزًا
ʿazīzan
mighty.
and so God may help you with mighty assistance.

huwa
He
ا-ل-ل-ذ

ٱلَّذِيٓ
الَّذِیْۤ
alladhī
(is) the One Who
ن-ز-ل

أَنزَلَ
اَنْزَلَ
anzala
sent down
س-ك-ن
![]()
ٱلسَّكِينَةَ
السَّكِیْنَةَ
s-sakīnata
[the] tranquility
ف-ي
![]()
فِي
فِیْ
fī
in(to)
ق-ل-ب
![]()
قُلُوبِ
قُلُوْبِ
qulūbi
(the) hearts
ا-م-ن
![]()
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ
l-mu'minīna
(of) the believers
ز-ي-د
![]()
لِيَزۡدَادُوٓاْ
لِیَزْدَادُوْۤا
liyazdādū
that they may increase
ا-م-ن
![]()
إِيمَٰنٗا
اِیْمَانًا
īmānan
(in) faith
م-ع
![]()
مَّعَ
مَّعَ
maʿa
with
ا-م-ن
![]()
إِيمَٰنِهِمۡۗ
اِیْمَانِهِمْ ؕ—
īmānihim
their faith.
ا-ل-ه
![]()
وَلِلَّهِ
وَلِلّٰهِ
walillahi
And for Allah
ج-ن-د
![]()
جُنُودُ
جُنُوْدُ
junūdu
(are the) hosts
س-م-و
![]()
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
السَّمٰوٰتِ
s-samāwāti
(of) the heavens
ا-ر-ض
![]()
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَالْاَرْضِ ؕ—
wal-arḍi
and the earth,
ك-و-ن
![]()
وَكَانَ
وَكَانَ
wakāna
and Allah
ا-ل-ه
![]()
ٱللَّهُ
اللّٰهُ
l-lahu
and Allah
ع-ل-م
![]()
عَلِيمًا
عَلِیْمًا
ʿalīman
(is) All-Knower,
ح-ك-م
![]()
حَكِيمٗا
حَكِیْمًا
ḥakīman
All-Wise.
It is God who sent tranquility down into the hearts of the believers, that they may add faith to their faith —for the forces of the heavens and the earth belong to God, and God is omniscient, supremely wise—

د-خ-ل

لِّيُدۡخِلَ
لِّیُدْخِلَ
liyud'khila
That He may admit
ا-م-ن
![]()
ٱلۡمُؤۡمِنِينَ
الْمُؤْمِنِیْنَ
l-mu'minīna
the believing men
ا-م-ن
![]()
وَٱلۡمُؤۡمِنَٰتِ
وَالْمُؤْمِنٰتِ
wal-mu'mināti
and the believing women
ج-ن-ن
![]()
جَنَّٰتٖ
جَنّٰتٍ
jannātin
(to) Gardens
ج-ر-ي
![]()
تَجۡرِي
تَجْرِیْ
tajrī
flow
م-ن
![]()
مِن
مِنْ
min
from
ت-ح-ت
![]()
تَحۡتِهَا
تَحْتِهَا
taḥtihā
underneath them
ن-ه-ر
![]()
ٱلۡأَنۡهَٰرُ
الْاَنْهٰرُ
l-anhāru
the rivers
خ-ل-د
![]()
خَٰلِدِينَ
خٰلِدِیْنَ
khālidīna
(to) abide forever
ف-ي
![]()
فِيهَا
فِیْهَا
fīhā
therein,
ك-ف-ر
![]()
وَيُكَفِّرَ
وَیُكَفِّرَ
wayukaffira
and (to) remove
ع-ن
![]()
عَنۡهُمۡ
عَنْهُمْ
ʿanhum
from them
س-و-ا
![]()
سَيِّـَٔاتِهِمۡۚ
سَیِّاٰتِهِمْ ؕ—
sayyiātihim
their misdeeds,
ك-و-ن
![]()
وَكَانَ
وَكَانَ
wakāna
and is
ذ-ل-ك
![]()
ذَٰلِكَ
ذٰلِكَ
dhālika
that
ع-ن-د
![]()
عِندَ
عِنْدَ
ʿinda
with
ا-ل-ه
![]()
ٱللَّهِ
اللّٰهِ
l-lahi
Allah
ف-و-ز
![]()
فَوۡزًا
فَوْزًا
fawzan
a success
ع-ظ-م
![]()
عَظِيمٗا
عَظِیْمًا
ʿaẓīman
great.
in order to admit the believing men and believing women into gardens with streams flowing below, to abide therein, and to erase their evils from them —and that, to God, is supreme success—

ع-ذ-ب

وَيُعَذِّبَ
وَّیُعَذِّبَ
wayuʿadhiba
And He (may) punish
ن-ف-ق
![]()
ٱلۡمُنَٰفِقِينَ
الْمُنٰفِقِیْنَ
l-munāfiqīna
the hypocrite men
ن-ف-ق
![]()
وَٱلۡمُنَٰفِقَٰتِ
وَالْمُنٰفِقٰتِ
wal-munāfiqāti
and the hypocrite women
ش-ر-ك
![]()
وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكِينَ
وَالْمُشْرِكِیْنَ
wal-mush'rikīna
and the polytheist men
ش-ر-ك
![]()
وَٱلۡمُشۡرِكَٰتِ
وَالْمُشْرِكٰتِ
wal-mush'rikāti
and the polytheist women,
ظ-ن-ن
![]()
ٱلظَّآنِّينَ
الظَّآنِّیْنَ
ẓ-ẓānīna
who assume
ا-ل-ه
![]()
بِٱللَّهِ
بِاللّٰهِ
bil-lahi
about Allah
ظ-ن-ن
![]()
ظَنَّ
ظَنَّ
ẓanna
an assumption
س-و-ا
![]()
ٱلسَّوۡءِۚ
السَّوْءِ ؕ—
s-sawi
evil.
ع-ل-ي
![]()
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
عَلَیْهِمْ
ʿalayhim
Upon them
د-و-ر
![]()
دَآئِرَةُ
دَآىِٕرَةُ
dāiratu
(is) a turn
س-و-ا
![]()
ٱلسَّوۡءِۖ
السَّوْءِ ۚ—
s-sawi
(of) evil,
غ-ض-ب
![]()
وَغَضِبَ
وَغَضِبَ
waghaḍiba
and Allah's wrath (is)
ا-ل-ه
![]()
ٱللَّهُ
اللّٰهُ
l-lahu
and Allah's wrath (is)
ع-ل-ي
![]()
عَلَيۡهِمۡ
عَلَیْهِمْ
ʿalayhim
upon them
ل-ع-ن
![]()
وَلَعَنَهُمۡ
وَلَعَنَهُمْ
walaʿanahum
and He has cursed them
ع-د-د
![]()
وَأَعَدَّ
وَاَعَدَّ
wa-aʿadda
and prepared
ل
![]()
لَهُمۡ
لَهُمْ
lahum
for them
ج-ه-ن-م
![]()
جَهَنَّمَۖ
جَهَنَّمَ ؕ—
jahannama
Hell,
س-و-ا
![]()
وَسَآءَتۡ
وَسَآءَتْ
wasāat
and evil
ص-ي-ر
![]()
مَصِيرٗا
مَصِیْرًا
maṣīran
(is the) destination.
and to punish the hypocritical men and hypocritical women, and the idolatrous men and idolatrous women, who conceive an evil opinion of God: they are due for an evil turn of fortune as God is angry with them and has cursed them and prepared them hell, a wretched destination.

ا-ل-ه

وَلِلَّهِ
وَلِلّٰهِ
walillahi
And for Allah
ج-ن-د
![]()
جُنُودُ
جُنُوْدُ
junūdu
(are the) hosts
س-م-و
![]()
ٱلسَّمَٰوَٰتِ
السَّمٰوٰتِ
s-samāwāti
(of) the heavens
ا-ر-ض
![]()
وَٱلۡأَرۡضِۚ
وَالْاَرْضِ ؕ—
wal-arḍi
and the earth.
ك-و-ن
![]()
وَكَانَ
وَكَانَ
wakāna
and Allah
ا-ل-ه
![]()
ٱللَّهُ
اللّٰهُ
l-lahu
and Allah
ع-ز-ز
![]()
عَزِيزًا
عَزِیْزًا
ʿazīzan
(is) All-Mighty,
ح-ك-م
![]()
حَكِيمًا
حَكِیْمًا
ḥakīman
All-Wise.
The forces of the heavens and the earth belong to God, and God is almighty, supremely wise.

ا-ن-ن

إِنَّآ
اِنَّاۤ
innā
Indeed, We
ر-س-ل
![]()
أَرۡسَلۡنَٰكَ
اَرْسَلْنٰكَ
arsalnāka
[We] have sent you
ش-ه-د
![]()
شَٰهِدٗا
شَاهِدًا
shāhidan
(as) a witness
ب-ش-ر
![]()
وَمُبَشِّرٗا
وَّمُبَشِّرًا
wamubashiran
and (as) a bearer of glad tidings
ن-ذ-ر
![]()
وَنَذِيرٗا
وَّنَذِیْرًا
wanadhīran
and (as) a warner,
We sent you as a witness, a herald, and a warner,

ا-م-ن

لِّتُؤۡمِنُواْ
لِّتُؤْمِنُوْا
litu'minū
That you may believe
ا-ل-ه
![]()
بِٱللَّهِ
بِاللّٰهِ
bil-lahi
in Allah
ر-س-ل
![]()
وَرَسُولِهِۦ
وَرَسُوْلِهٖ
warasūlihi
and His Messenger
ع-ز-ر
![]()
وَتُعَزِّرُوهُ
وَتُعَزِّرُوْهُ
watuʿazzirūhu
and (may) honor him
و-ق-ر
![]()
وَتُوَقِّرُوهُۚ
وَتُوَقِّرُوْهُ ؕ—
watuwaqqirūhu
and respect him
س-ب-ح
![]()
وَتُسَبِّحُوهُ
وَتُسَبِّحُوْهُ
watusabbiḥūhu
and glorify Him
ب-ك-ر
![]()
بُكۡرَةٗ
بُكْرَةً
buk'ratan
morning
ا-ص-ل
![]()
وَأَصِيلًا
وَّاَصِیْلًا
wa-aṣīlan
and evening.
so that you all might believe in God and the messenger of God, honoring and revering God, and celebrating the praise of God morning and evening.

ا-ن-ن

Indeed,
ا-ل-ل-ذ

ٱلَّذِينَ
الَّذِیْنَ
alladhīna
those who
ب-ي-ع

يُبَايِعُونَكَ
یُبَایِعُوْنَكَ
yubāyiʿūnaka
pledge allegiance to you
ا-ن-ن-م
![]()
إِنَّمَا
اِنَّمَا
innamā
only
ب-ي-ع
![]()
يُبَايِعُونَ
یُبَایِعُوْنَ
yubāyiʿūna
they pledge allegiance
ا-ل-ه
![]()
ٱللَّهَ
اللّٰهَ ؕ—
l-laha
(to) Allah.
ي-د-ي
![]()
يَدُ
یَدُ
yadu
(The) Hand
ا-ل-ه
![]()
ٱللَّهِ
اللّٰهِ
l-lahi
(of) Allah
ف-و-ق
![]()
فَوۡقَ
فَوْقَ
fawqa
(is) over
ي-د-ي
![]()
أَيۡدِيهِمۡۚ
اَیْدِیْهِمْ ۚ—
aydīhim
their hands.
م-ن
![]()
فَمَن
فَمَنْ
faman
Then whoever
ن-ك-ث
![]()
نَّكَثَ
نَّكَثَ
nakatha
breaks (his oath)
ا-ن-ن-م
![]()
فَإِنَّمَا
فَاِنَّمَا
fa-innamā
then only
ن-ك-ث
![]()
يَنكُثُ
یَنْكُثُ
yankuthu
he breaks
ع-ل-ي
![]()
عَلَىٰ
عَلٰی
ʿalā
against
ن-ف-س
![]()
نَفۡسِهِۦۖ
نَفْسِهٖ ۚ—
nafsihi
himself,
م-ن
![]()
وَمَنۡ
وَمَنْ
waman
and whoever
و-ف-ي
![]()
أَوۡفَىٰ
اَوْفٰی
awfā
fulfils
ب-م-ا
![]()
بِمَا
بِمَا
bimā
what
ع-ه-د
![]()
عَٰهَدَ
عٰهَدَ
ʿāhada
he has covenanted with Allah,
ع-ل-ي
![]()
عَلَيۡهُ
عَلَیْهُ
ʿalayhu
he has covenanted with Allah,
ا-ل-ه
![]()
ٱللَّهَ
اللّٰهَ
l-laha
he has covenanted with Allah,
ا-ت-ي
![]()
فَسَيُؤۡتِيهِ
فَسَیُؤْتِیْهِ
fasayu'tīhi
soon He will give him
ا-ج-ر
![]()
أَجۡرًا
اَجْرًا
ajran
a reward
ع-ظ-م
![]()
عَظِيمٗا
عَظِیْمًا
ʿaẓīman
great.
For those who pledge their loyalty to you are actually pledging their loyalty to God; the hand of God is over their hands. So if anyone reneges, he only reneges to his own detriment; and whoever fulfills what he has promised to God, God will give a great reward.
